How soon will my coffee be shipped after roasting?
To ensure maximum freshness, we typically roast and ship our coffee within 24–48 hours of receiving your order. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your beans leave our San Francisco roastery.
Do you offer coffee subscriptions?
Yes, we offer customizable subscriptions that allow you to choose your favorite blends or single-origin beans, with delivery frequencies ranging from weekly to monthly. Subscribers also enjoy a discount on every bag.
How should I store my coffee beans?
We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. While our packaging includes a one-way valve to maintain freshness, avoiding direct sunlight and moisture will help preserve the flavor profile.
What is your return policy for coffee beans?
As coffee is a perishable food product, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days and we will make it right.
Can I order my coffee pre-ground?
While we recommend purchasing whole beans and grinding them just before brewing for the best flavor, we can grind your coffee for you. Simply select your preferred grind setting (e.g., Drip, Espresso, or French Press) on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
