At Sightglass Coffee, we strive for excellence in every roast, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we offer returns on brewing equipment and merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Email our customer experience team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return request.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for shipping your items back to our San Francisco roastery.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the unused equipment or merchandise in its original packaging and use the provided shipping label to send it back to us.
Processing and Refund
After we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
